In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services provided by wak69. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. wak69 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where age compliance cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Residency. The Services are intended for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of wak69 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal guardianship order or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
2.4 Exclusion of Employees. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of wak69 or its affiliated entities, technology providers, and gaming suppliers are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotion.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of Services, you must complete the wak69 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, wak69 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify wak69 support immediately.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. wak69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. wak69 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee deduction.
4.1 Verification Obligation. wak69 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at deposit stage or at any time wak69 deems appropriate in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. KYC document reviews are typically completed within one to three business days of submission of all required documents. wak69 may request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.
4.4 Withholding of Withdrawals. wak69 reserves the right to withhold the processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds will not be forfeited during a pending verification period unless the Account is simultaneously found to be in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on wak69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency transactions are accepted and no currency conversion is applied by the Platform.
5.3 Deposit Integrity. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the wak69 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, wak69 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the Account, and initiate an investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be fully completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the wak69 Account holder; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount specified in clause 5.1 must be met.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB; Saturday, 08:00–15:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing on the next available business period. wak69 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during banking hours; this is a target, not a guarantee.
5.6 Maximum Withdrawal. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the withdrawal interface at the time of request. wak69 reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
5.7 Unclaimed Balances. Where an Account is closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms, wak69 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
6.1 General. wak69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion and to these general bonus terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. wak69 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers through practices including: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk covering bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
6.4 Changes to Promotions. wak69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested. Players are encouraged to review the current terms of any promotion before opting in.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players sharing a residential address or IP address may be limited to a single bonus claim per promotion, at wak69's discretion.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on wak69 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published within the Platform. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. wak69 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where warranted.
7.3 Sportsbook — Void Bets. A sports bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the specified settlement period; manifest pricing errors; incomplete or incorrect market information at the time of bet placement; or where settlement cannot be completed due to data provider failure. Void bets are returned to the player's Balance in full.
7.4 Manifest Errors. wak69 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or software error, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent or discovered after settlement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Balance.
7.5 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes as determined by the dealer and confirmed by the Platform constitute the final result. No dispute regarding a live casino outcome will be entertained after the hand, round, or spin in question has been fully settled and the next round has commenced.
7.6 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated using the remaining selections. If all selections in an accumulator are voided, the full stake will be returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wak69 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the wak69 Platform — including but not limited to the wak69 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of wak69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. wak69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software powering the Platform. You may not frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application without the express written consent of wak69.
10.1 Data Processing. wak69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security. wak69 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard security infrastructure to protect your personal and financial information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and wak69 disclaims liability for breaches caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
10.3 Communications. By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit receipts, security alerts) from wak69. 11.1 Platform Availability. wak69 endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond wak69's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action) may cause temporary unavailability. wak69 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wak69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, wak69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. wak69 does not guarantee that you will profit from your gaming activity. You accept sole responsibility for all gaming decisions made through your Account.
12.1 Right to Amend. wak69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wak69 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
12.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting wak69 customer support.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wak69 holds its international gaming licence. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of Indonesian law applicable to a Player resident in Indonesia, the mandatory Indonesian law provision shall prevail only to the extent of that conflict.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wak69's internal customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in wak69's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents wak69 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver. No failure or delay by wak69 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of wak69.
